About the Opportunity
Position Overview:
As a manager specializing in Talent Acquisition, you will be essential in shaping and executing our recruitment strategy to attract top talent. Collaborating closely with business leaders, you’ll develop effective recruitment plans, manage the hiring process, and align talent acquisition efforts with organizational goals
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition:
• Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for a range of positions.
• Utilize data-driven insights to assess and improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
Recruitment Process Management:
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a professional recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent sources.
Talent Pool and Pipeline Development:
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and high-demand roles.
• Implement strategies for proactive sourcing and nurturing of passive candidates.
• Leverage networking and industry events to enhance the company’s talent acquisition brand and reach.
Collaboration and Partnership:
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
• Collaborate with HR team members to ensure alignment of recruitment efforts with overall HR and organizational goals.
• Participate in HR initiatives and projects that impact talent management and organizational effectiveness.
Metrics and Reporting:
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
• Analyze trends and data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of recruitment processes.
Compliance and Best Practices:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and HR.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA / MSW in HR or any HR certification (e.g. CIPD, PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years HRBP role within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) / Fintech sector
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
