About the Role
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead project execution plans. The role involves driving end-to-end outlet development, vendor management, financial planning, and ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project execution for new outlets from planning to handover.
• Develop and manage annual expansion and project budgets.
• Oversee vendor sourcing, rate negotiations, and contracts.
• Manage project timelines, financials, and ROI analysis.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards.
• Apply innovative and cost-effective methods in project delivery.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Postgraduate in Infrastructure / Construction Management (essential).
• 10-15 years experience in Project Management, preferably in F&B, Hospitality, or Retail.
• Strong exposure to interior fit-outs, MEP, HVAC, and facility planning.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
