Job Description
A growing IT & Consumer Electronics Distribution company, having office across India, is now looking to grow its Sales team.

  • We are now looking for Business Development guys and girls
  • Analyse business potential for the region and device appropriate strategies to achieve the sales target for the region.
  • Handle existing key accounts in the territory as well as increase market penetration by adding more new accounts and new market segments.
  • Ability to build rapport with multiple levels in the customer organisation.
  • Technical awareness of the various IT products to the extent required to understand customer needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and growth through account management.
  • Confidence to work in an environment where incentives are linked to mutually agreed sales targets.
  • Ability to understand customer's requirements and come up with solutions tailored to the customer's needs.
  • Manage entire spectrum of activities pertaining to enquiry generation, initial proposal, further follow-up, negotiation and finalisation of orders.
  • Analyse market trends and competitors activities and give timely feedback to the management to fine tune sales & marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the Inside Sales /customer care departments for the smooth execution of all orders for the region.
  • Timely follow-up and collection of payments and outstanding dues, if any. Collection of statutory documentation
  • Must be a team player with excellent abilities to build and maintain long-term relationships with both customers and colleagues.
  • Business writing skills.

Work Location: Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday half a day)
Salary: 3 lacs to 6 lacs
Joining: Immediate (Notice period can be bought)
