Job Description
A financial planning company is now looking for an Inhouse Customer Service Representative.

Preferred 2+ years of similar experience
Preferred female candidate

Job requires you to do the following:
Speaking to clients on a daily basis
Check applications for accuracy
Maintenance of updated client details in software & in other files relating to KYC, Address & Bank details updations.
Invest well updating and sending reports based on client needs.
Updating of Transaction on day to day basis along with NAV updations

Office Administrative activities
Maintenance and co-ordination with office assistant for proper maintenance of all companys assets
Data backup of files and related documents
Schedule of portfolio reports and other communication to clients.
Weekly (every Saturday) & Monthly portfolio reports to be sent by 1st of every month AUM & Summary reports by 3rd of every month
Reminder to clients on SIP & STPs Insurance premium reminders
All other related communication as per co policy
Limited clients customized portfolio
Client support and queries
Tax calculation and payment of the taxes of the company, Professional tax , GST & Other Taxes 
Reconciling outward register with InvestWell Feeds
