A PEB company is now looking for a Business Development Manager

Job Description:

  • Handling marketing & sales in Karnataka region based in Bangalore.
  • Interact with leading Structural consultants, Architects, Industrial houses and Corporate.
  • Submission of tenders with all the supporting documents to PMC and clients.
  • Research the market for new business opportunities, identify potential clients and pursue till closure.
  • Preparing quotes/submission of proposal with all the supporting documents.
  • Finalize all technical/ commercial issues with the end user & consultant.
  • Negotiation of prices and finalization and handling the project till completion.
  • Getting approval for Anchor bolt drawings, GA drawings and ASBUILT drawings from Structural Architects, Industrial houses and Corporate.
  • Total Project Management from the enquiry phase to final handing over of the projects.
  • Studying the architect drawings and planning for Pre Engineered Buildings.
  • Implementing creative ideas to improve solutions and processes.
  • Independently delivering work and integrating with larger project & design teams.
  • Assistance in the execution of projects.
